The protection and security of your personal data is very important to us.We therefore strictly observe the statutory provisions. We want you to know at all times when we store which data and how we use this data.

1. Personal data

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide data has no consequences. This only applies if no other information is provided in the following processing operations.


The term 'personal data' includes information that can be used to find out your true identity. This includes, for example, your first and last name, postal address, date and place of birth and telephone number. Other information, such as the number of visitors to a website or preferences for certain sections of the website, are not covered by the term 'personal data'.

2. Data collection and data processing

In principle, the use of our online presence does not require the collection of personal data. However, when you access our website, our web server stores data which, under certain circumstances, could nevertheless make it possible to find out your identity. This is the combination of IP address, date and time of access to our web server. As this data collection only serves to ensure stable server operation, these IP addresses are stored for a maximum of four weeks. We reserve the right to further process anonymized data for statistical purposes.

In addition, our website offers the option of contacting us via a contact form. If you voluntarily decide to use this service, we will collect your personal data in the form of your first name, surname and e-mail address. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent.


All stored data, whether personal or not, is stored on secure servers in Germany.

3. Use and disclosure of personal data

Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of communicating with you or processing product orders. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. We will only use your e-mail address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

4. Duration of storage

Once the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory retention periods, in particular under tax and commercial law, and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

5. Rights of the data subject

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR and to processing for the purposes of direct marketing in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR.

6. Right to appeal to the supervisory authority

In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
